What data and why

Contact form: name, email address, the kind of need you selected and, if you provide them, your company website and message. I use them to reply to your enquiry and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Together with the form I store visit-source parameters (UTM, language, the page you came from) to know which channel produced the enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest).

Cookies and analytics

kacper.biz uses no cookies, advertising pixels or third-party analytics. UTM parameters are kept only in your browser’s session memory (sessionStorage, key “kb_attr”), disappear when you close the tab and reach me only if you submit the form.

Fonts are self-hosted on this domain, so your browser does not connect to Google Fonts servers.

Recipients

Data is processed by providers needed to run the site: hosting (Vercel Inc.) and the email-delivery service (currently Resend) through which your enquiry reaches me. Links to outreachpilot.pl, fastlanding.io and the Calendly booking page lead to separate services with their own privacy policies.

How long

I keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle it and any cooperation, then no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires a longer period (for example accounting records).

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to the address in the “Controller” section.

You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Voluntary

Providing data is voluntary, but without a name and email address I cannot reply to your enquiry.
